· Responsibilities
o Following up with agents and customers, approaching new business
o Analyzing and initially examine insurance applications for legal compliance requirements and adherence to company guidelines.
o Understanding and evaluating risk factors
o Issuing Quotes, Policies, and any needed endorsements
o Revising and filling policies and all its official documents.
o Following up the Collection of policies and the new business for the same client.
o Understanding and complying to FRA regulations
o Collecting and Evaluating information about market and potential clients
· Qualifications
o BA in Business Administration or equivalent
o 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, preferably Insurance
o Customer service or Sales experience is a plus
o Intermediate level of English Writing, Reading, and Communication
o Good knowledge of MS Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
o Strong communication skills, self-motivated and ambitious
o Team player, Insightful, and attention to details
